SHIPPING METHOD  
All cabinets are shipped FOB from our Nevada warehouse and freight costs are charged to the customer.   Garages101 has
negotiated discounts with regional and national trucking companies and will make every effort to keep shipping and charges to
a minimum.  Shipping rates will vary according to the destination and the shipment weight.   Call us to determine exact
shipping charges.

Due to the heavy weight of steel cabinets, most cabinets will arrive on pallets which can be off-loaded using a fork-lift or with a
floor/pallet jack (l
ift-gate deliveries).   Residential/Lift-gate Delivery charges will apply to those individuals who take delivery at
a residential location.  These charges will be waived for individuals who
have fork-lift capabilities and can handle  
non-liftgate deliveries at an industrial or commercial location.

Note - For Residential Deliveries, the driver is only required to make curbside delivery.  Some of the shipping cartons
are very heavy and it is the responsibility of the customer to have the means (extra help, hand dolly, furniture dolly, etc.) to
move the cabinets from curbside to their storage destination.   
Most drivers will move the palletized cabinets inside the garage
if you offer them soda or small tip - many will do it for free.  Make sure there is an easily accessible location inside the garage
for the pallet.

The customer, when determined to be at fault, will be held responsible for the following additional shipping charges:
- Redelivery Charges for missed delivery appointments
- Reconsignment/Diversion Charges for changing delivery address
SAFE DELIVERY and SHIPPING DAMAGES
We guarantee that any purchase made at Garges101 will arrive in perfect condition.  When products leave our warehouse
they are shipped without damage or defects, but sometimes shipping companies have accidents getting our product to your
door.  You must carefully inspect the shipment for missing cartons and/or damages before you sign the contract (Bill of
Lading) releasing the shipping company from all responsibility.
 

All missing cartons and/or damages must be notated on the Original Bill of Lading.  If a packing carton is open or damaged,
ask the driver to notate
POSSIBLE missing items and/or HIDDEN damage. If there is enough time, opens and inspect the
contents of any suspect carton in the presence of the driver.
 DO NOT SIGN THE BILL OF LADING  until you are satisfied
that all problems with the shipment are clearly noted.  

Items are shipped carrying full insurance.  You must notify us within 7 days if a product is damaged, defective, or has missing
parts.  After 7 days we are not responsible for defective or damaged products.  We require proof of damage so we can
process a damage claim with the shipping company in the form of digital photographs.  Garages101 will make every effort to  
replace damaged, missing, and defective items as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
E-mail your request for a return authorization.  Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.  All
Defective returns are for an exchange only.  For defective returns, we will issue a return authorization upon your
explanation of defects.

For non defective returns, products must be factory sealed an unopened. Refunds for non defective items that are unopened
will be given after receipt at our warehouse and verification that the product is factory sealed.  Returns on unopened items are
subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus the
actual shipping cost to get the product to you.  Please note that the shipping cost
that you may have paid on your invoice may not reflect the true shipping cost of the product, often the actual shipping cost is
higher than charged.  In the event of a return, you will be responsible for the full amount of the actual shipping cost we paid to
get the product to you, and we will provide documentation upon request, of the actual shipping bill in these cases.

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.  On orders shipped by Motor Freight, we will help arrange for a
pick-up, but you will be responsible for all return motor freight costs.  Please check with us on the proper address to return
merchandise.  For UPS/FED EX shipments, we recommend that you insure the shipment for the full amount of the purchase.
You must furnish a tracking number for a proof of shipment for all returns.
    

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All refused shipments will be assessed an automatic 10% restocking fee plus in-bound and out-bound shipping costs.  We will
provide documentation upon request, of freight costs on refused shipments.
PRODUCT  WARRANTY
All Garages 101 Cabinet Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the
date of original purchase, with proof of purchase by the original purchaser.  In the event we deem the product to be defective,
Garages101 will be responsible for replacement of the defective part/s ONLY.  No cost for labor or installation will be
reimbursed.   Damages due to shipping and handling, improper installation, abuses (intended or accidental), or normal wear
and tear are NOT covered by this warranty.  There are no other guarantees or warranties, implied or expressed, beyond the
terms of this expressed written warranty.
